Walking Benefits the Body, Mind and Spirit
Walking is a great way to improve overall health. Physical activity delivers nutrients and oxygen to the body, affecting the cardiovascular and immune systems and helping the body become more resilient to disease and infection. Concentration, problem solving abilities and mood management are enhanced, leading to improved personal relationships and increased general satisfaction.
